Complaints and Returns
The right to withdraw from contract in the e-shop is within 14 days from taking delivery. If you are interested in withdrawing from the contract, please contact us preferably in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org and state that you are withdrawing from the contract, ideally laying down the order number, purchase date and account number which the money should be returned to.
